China XLX Fertiliser signs 50-year joint venture
China XLX Fertiliser Ltd has signed an agreement with a Beijing-based company to launch a joint venture for 50 years.
The JV will receive RMB15 million (US$2.38 million) in registered capital. China XLX Fertiliser, a Henan-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of urea, compound fertiliser, methanol, liquid ammonia and ammonia solution, will hold a 51% stake and the remaining 49% will be held by the Beijing-based company.
The JV will engage in the manufacture and sale of compounded fertiliser and related products.
