Vietnam's feed prices to rise 10%
Vietnamese poultry and cattle farm owners said that animal feed producers are set to increase prices by 10%, which is the fifth increase this year.
The increase in prices of animal feed is triggered by a hike in raw material prices and transport costs.
Nguyen Tri Cong, the owner of a pig farm in southern Dong Nai Province, said farmers are afraid to expand their farms because animal feed prices have been rising continuously, and pork prices are currently unstable.
